I. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Grzegorz Grzech, trading as GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR (registered office address: Przebendowskich 49A, 81-526 Gdynia), registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5882354581, and Statistical Identification Number (REGON): 221244679.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In matters relating to data processing, the Controller may be contacted at the address of its registered office.

In order to correctly identify the person submitting a request, the Controller may ask for the information necessary to verify their identity. Requests concerning the exercise of rights will be dealt with without undue delay, no later than within 30 days; in complex cases, this period may be extended to 90 days.

The Controller may ask you to provide the information necessary to verify the identity of the person making the request.

II. Legal basis and purposes of processing your personal data

Your personal data was provided to us as part of the recruitment process. We process the data contained in application documents and in the job applicant’s current personal questionnaires.

The processing of data is carried out on the following grounds:

a) A legal obligation — Article 221 of the Labour Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, in respect of data required by law;

b) The candidate’s consent — Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, where the candidate provides data beyond the scope specified in Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code (consent may be withdrawn at any time);

c) The legitimate interests of GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the purpose of assessing the candidate’s qualifications, abilities and skills, and to ensure that we can contact the candidate during the recruitment process.

Your data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the GDPR.

Providing your data is necessary for the recruitment process; failure to provide it will prevent your application from being considered.

III. Source and categories of data

Your personal data is obtained directly from you via the application documents and personal questionnaires you have submitted.

The following categories of personal data are processed: identification data (first name, surname), contact details (email address, telephone number), details of your education, qualifications and employment history, correspondence details, and any other information voluntarily provided in your recruitment documents.

IV. Retention period for your personal data

Your personal data will be processed until the recruitment process has been completed.

Should you not consent to the further processing of your personal data following the conclusion of the recruitment process, GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR will immediately delete all application documents you have submitted.

However, if you consent to GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR processing your data after the recruitment process has ended, GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR will not process youryour data for longer than a period of 6 months from the date of the last recruitment process in which you took part.

We would also like to inform you that you may withdraw the above consent at any time without this affecting the validity of any actions taken prior to its withdrawal.

V. Disclosure of your personal data to other entities

Your personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR in the provision of services, in particular to IT system maintenance providers and suppliers, law and tax firms, consultancy and audit firms, postal and courier operators, server service providers and debt collection agencies.

Data may also be disclosed to other entities if the obligation to disclose it arises from legal provisions, if it is justified by the legitimate interests of GRZEGORZ GRZECH GRZECHHAIR, or if you give your consent.

The data controller ensures that data is disclosed only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

VI. Your rights in relation to data processing

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your data.

Should you object, we will cease processing your data for those purposes, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where the data is necessary for the establishment, establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
