WARRANTY

The warranty period is 6 months* and begins on the date the proof of purchase is issued.

Any product defects discovered during the warranty period will be rectified free of charge. The time during which damaged products are being repaired is not included in the warranty period.

In the event of a defect, the hair should be tied at the point of attachment and delivered to any GrzechHair branch. It is important to secure the hair properly for the journey.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, defects caused by improper use or failure to follow the care instructions for hair extensions, defects arising from unforeseen events, as well as defects resulting from chemical treatments carried out on the hair, including in particular dyeing, bleaching and toning. Carrying out any chemical treatment will result in the warranty being voided. As this is a personal item, returns of used goods will not be accepted.

GrzechHair may refuse to carry out warranty repairs if the product has been used contrary to its intended purpose.

The customer has the right to make a quality complaint regarding a new product; to do so, the goods in question must be returned to our head office at the customer’s own expense, enclosing a complaint form and proof of purchase with the parcel.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days at the latest.

*A prerequisite for the warranty to remain valid is that a paid regenerative treatment must be carried out within 3 months of the date of purchase.
