Information on personal data processing

The controller of your data is Grzegorz Grzech, running a business as GrzechHair Grzegorz Grzech, ul. Przebendowskich 49A, 81-526 Gdynia, Poland, VAT ID PL5882354581. Contact on personal data matters: rodo@grzechhair.com or in writing to the business address.

We process your data (name, e-mail, phone number, WhatsApp number) to send you commercial and marketing information through the channels you choose – on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law), in line with section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

Providing data and giving consents is voluntary. You can withdraw any consent at any time, e.g. by writing to rodo@grzechhair.com, replying to our message or telling us during a phone call. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

We keep the data until you withdraw your consent or the purpose of processing ends (section 8 of the Privacy Policy). Recipients may only be entities processing data on our behalf, in particular hosting, e-mail and SMS service providers (sections 9–10). As a rule we do not transfer data to third countries; for WhatsApp contact the messenger is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), and any transfer outside the EEA takes place in line with the GDPR (section 11). Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects (section 12).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object and to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw (section 13). Full information: Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
