Send us your natural hair and we can prepare it for your chosen extension method. We convert hair into Tape On tabs, keratin or microring strands, Bio TapeG, wefts, Clip In and Seamless Clip In extensions. We also offer repairs, reconditioning and colouring. If you are unsure which service you need, contact us before sending your hair.
Preparing your hair for shipment
Secure freshly cut hair before cutting, ideally in a braid, and keep its natural root-to-tip direction. Wrap it in a clean paper towel and fasten it for transport. If you are sending used extensions for conversion, keep the strands in the correct direction and secure them in groups of approximately 20. Join Tape On tabs in pairs and secure them in groups of five pairs.
Hair that arrives tangled or improperly prepared is subject to a surcharge of 20% of the total service price.
Hair combing
- Hair from other sources: PLN 4.00/g.
- Hair purchased from GrzechHair: PLN 0.00–2.00/g, depending on the hair's condition.
A freshly cut ponytail needs to be combed and aligned before it can be prepared for extensions. The amount of usable hair may change during this process.
Tape On
- Tape On tab refurbishment: PLN 6.00 per tab.
- Convert a hair bundle into a Tape On tab, 4 cm: PLN 16.00 per tab.
- Convert a hair bundle into a Tape On tab, 3 cm: PLN 16.00 per tab.
- Convert a hair bundle into a Tape On tab, 2 cm: PLN 10.00 per tab.
- Sew hair onto a 4 cm tape section: PLN 20.00 per section.
Bio TapeG
- Prepare Bio TapeG: PLN 6.00/cm.
- Bio TapeG refurbishment: PLN 2.00/cm.
Keratin, ultrasonic and ring methods
We prepare individual strands for keratin and microring extensions. The exact number of strands depends on the hair supplied.
- Keratin bonds using GrzechHair keratin: PLN 4.50 per strand.
- Keratin bonds using gel-based KeratinG: PLN 4.00 per strand.
- Microring strands using GrzechHair keratin: PLN 4.50 per strand.
- Microring strands using gel-based KeratinG: PLN 4.00 per strand.
- Soft nanoring tips (micro-loop) using gel-based KeratinG, pure keratin or heat keratin: PLN 4.50 per strand.
Hair supplied by the client: additional PLN 0.50 per strand.
Clip In and sewn wefts
Weft reconditioning
- Wash and moisturise: PLN 2.00/g.
- Wash and intensive restoration using our own method: PLN 3.50/g.
- Wash, moisturise and recondition the weft: PLN 4.00–7.00/g.
Sewing hair onto a weft or tape
- Double weft without clips: PLN 8.00/cm.
- Double weft with clips: PLN 8.00/cm.
- Single sewn section for Tape On: PLN 3.40/cm.
- Sew on a clip: PLN 5.00 each.
Stitching layers together
- Two layers: PLN 1.20/cm.
- Three layers: PLN 2.40/cm.
- Four layers: PLN 4.00/cm.
- Five layers: PLN 6.00/cm.
- Six layers: PLN 8.40/cm.
Seamless Clip In
- Convert hair to Seamless Clip In: PLN 6.00/cm.
- Stack or bond strips together: PLN 4.00/cm.
- Sew on a clip: PLN 5.00 each.
Hair colouring
Hair may need to be combed before colouring. Combing costs PLN 4.00/g for hair from other sources or PLN 0.00–2.00/g for hair purchased from GrzechHair. We assess the hair before confirming the service.
Root or top colouring
Create a lighter or darker root or top section, with an optional gradual colour transition.
Without a tonal transition:
- Up to 25 g: PLN 200.00.
- 31–40 g: PLN 7.60/g.
- 41–50 g: PLN 7.20/g.
- 51–60 g: PLN 6.80/g.
- 61–70 g: PLN 6.40/g.
- 71–80 g: PLN 6.00/g.
- 81–90 g: PLN 5.60/g.
- 91 g or more: PLN 5.20/g.
Additional tonal transition: up to 25 g, PLN 100.00 extra; 25 g or more, PLN 3.00/g extra. Colouring hair supplied by the client: PLN 3.00/g extra.

Lead times
- Keratin, ultrasonic and microring preparation, and Tape On refurbishment: 7 business days.
- Colouring: 10 business days.
- Tape On and Seamless Clip In conversion: 10 business days.
- Sewing hair onto a weft, preparing Clip In extensions or sewing Tape On sections: up to 30 business days.
When services are combined, their processing times are added together. Express service takes up to 3 business days at twice the standard service price; it does not apply to tape-in hair preparation. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.
