Types of Natural Hair Extensions
At GrzechHair, we specialise in natural hair for extensions and thickening. Our range includes different types of natural hair that vary in origin, structure, availability and the way they are prepared for application.
The three main ranges are Slavic Hair, Secret Pony and NN+. Each is designed for slightly different needs – from unique, undyed hair sourced from a single donor to a wide and regularly available selection of colours and ready-made extension methods.
Slavic Hair
Slavic Hair is premium natural hair of Polish origin. It is cut from a single donor, undyed and retains its natural structure and cuticle.
Each ponytail is unique and may differ in colour, length, weight and natural texture. This makes Slavic Hair an excellent choice for clients looking for an individual match and a highly natural result.
The hair is soft, lightweight and delicate. With proper care, it retains its natural appearance and remains easy to manage for a long time.
Raw Slavic Hair can be prepared for different extension methods depending on the stylist's requirements, including keratin bonds, microrings, Tape On, Clip In or sewn wefts.
Secret Pony – raw natural hair bundles
Secret Pony is natural hair in NN+ quality sold as raw ponytails. The hair is not pre-prepared for one specific extension method, giving salons and professional stylists greater flexibility when choosing the final application technique.
Secret Pony is a good option when you need natural hair but prefer to prepare the bonds, tapes, strands or other attachments yourself. The hair can be adapted for different extension and thickening techniques depending on the stylist's method of work.
One of the main advantages of Secret Pony is its wide and consistent colour selection. The range includes natural shades, blondes, browns, balayage and ombre colours corresponding to the NN+ colour range.
Secret Pony+
For clients looking for virgin hair, we also offer Secret Pony+. These are unique ponytails of natural, undyed virgin hair sourced from a single donor. Each ponytail has its own individual length, weight, colour and natural texture.
NN+ Natural Hair
NN+ is our main range of natural hair for professional extensions and thickening. It combines consistent quality, a wide colour palette and availability in many application methods.
NN+ is imported natural hair with preserved cuticles, selected for its natural appearance, softness and durability.
The range includes 45 colours, including solid shades, ombre and balayage, as well as lengths of 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm depending on the selected extension method.
NN+ hair is available prepared for a variety of methods, including:
- Tape On Duo – sandwich method,
- Mini BondesG – keratin,
- Micro BondesG – microrings,
- Clip In SkinG,
- Micro WeftG,
- Bio TapeG,
- Butterfly.
With proper application, care and maintenance, NN+ hair can have a lifespan of up to approximately 1.5 years.
NN+ hair comes with a 3-month guarantee. The guarantee can be extended for a further 3 months following the required professional regeneration after the first 3 months of use.
Which type of natural hair should I choose?
The best choice depends on how you intend to use the hair and what is most important to you.
- Slavic Hair – choose it if you are looking for unique, undyed hair of Polish origin, cut from a single donor and individually selected.
- Secret Pony – choose it if you want natural hair in NN+ quality in the form of a raw ponytail that can be prepared for your preferred extension method.
- Secret Pony+ – choose it if you are looking for unique, virgin and undyed natural hair from a single donor.
- NN+ – choose it if you want a wide selection of colours, lengths and ready-made solutions for different professional extension methods.
Hair preparation and regeneration
Raw hair such as Slavic Hair and Secret Pony can be professionally prepared for different extension methods. The appropriate preparation depends on the hair, chosen technique and the final result you want to achieve.
Natural hair extensions can also be professionally regenerated. Regeneration helps maintain the condition, softness and appearance of the hair and can extend its useful life.
For NN+ hair, regeneration after 3 months of use is also required if you want to extend the guarantee for a further 3 months.
