WHAT TYPES OF HAIR DO YOU SELL?

We sell only natural hair. Our hair varies depending on its origin and the way it has been processed. To learn more about the different types available in our range, see HAIR TYPES.

DO YOU OFFER VIRGIN OR UNDYED HAIR?

Yes. We offer natural hair that has not undergone chemical colouring in selected ranges. This includes undyed Slavic hair as well as selected virgin hair products from our other ranges. Availability and natural shade depend on the specific product.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLOUR FOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

The colour shown in photos may differ slightly from the actual shade depending on screen settings and lighting.

The most reliable option is to send us a sample of your own hair so that we can match the colour as accurately as possible.

You can also send us a photo of your hair taken in natural daylight, without filters or artificial lighting. Although a photo is less precise than a physical hair sample, in most cases it allows us to recommend a suitable shade.

HOW MUCH HAIR SHOULD I BUY?

For thickening, sometimes only a small amount of hair of a similar length to your own is needed. The amount depends on the effect you want to achieve.

For extensions, a natural result is usually achieved when the amount of extension hair is similar to the volume of your own ponytail. On average, around 100 g of hair is used for extensions approximately 50 cm long. Longer hair usually requires a higher weight, while shorter hair may require less.

HOW LONG CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

A great deal depends on proper care, frequency of wear and styling. With appropriate care, Slavic hair can last for a very long time, while hair from the NN+ range can last for up to approximately 1.5 years.

WHAT IS HAIR REGENERATION?

Hair regeneration is a professional treatment designed to nourish, moisturise and refresh natural hair extensions and, where necessary, prepare the attachment areas for further use.

For the NN+ range, regeneration carried out after 3 months of use allows the guarantee to be extended for a further 3 months. The service can also be used later to help maintain the softness, appearance and overall condition of the hair.

DO YOU ONLY SELL ONLINE?

No. In addition to our online shop, we have physical stores in Gdynia, Gdańsk and Warsaw. You can find our contact details and store information on the CONTACT page.

HOW DO THE DIFFERENT HAIR EXTENSION METHODS DIFFER?

Hair extension methods differ in the way the hair is attached, the comfort of wear and their intended use. Tape On Duo and Bio TapeG are tape-based methods, Mini BondesG uses keratin bonds, Micro BondesG uses microrings, while Clip In SkinG can be applied and removed by yourself.

The best method depends on the condition of your natural hair, the desired result and whether you want to wear extensions every day or only occasionally.

WHICH HAIR EXTENSION METHOD SHOULD I CHOOSE?

The method should be selected according to the condition of your natural hair, your desired result and your lifestyle. For everyday wear, methods such as Tape On Duo, Bio TapeG or Mini BondesG may be suitable. If you prefer an immediate effect without permanent attachment, Clip In SkinG can be applied and removed whenever needed.

WHAT IS TAPE ON DUO?

Tape On Duo is natural hair designed for extensions and thickening using the sandwich method. Two adhesive hair strips are joined together with a section of natural hair between them, creating a flat, comfortable and discreet attachment.

WHAT IS MINI BONDESG?

Mini BondesG is natural hair prepared for the keratin extension method. The strands are finished with small keratin bonds that are attached to the natural hair using a professional bonding tool. The method allows strands to be positioned precisely and can be used for both extensions and thickening.

WHAT IS CLIP IN SKING?

Clip In SkinG is high-quality natural hair fitted with clips that can be applied and removed without permanent attachment. It is comfortable to wear and, with proper care, can be used for a long time.

It is a convenient option for everyday wear, special occasions, photo shoots or whenever you want to quickly add length or volume without visiting a stylist.

WHAT IS BIO TAPEG?

Bio TapeG is high-quality natural hair on a thin tape, designed for extensions and thickening. The attachment is lightweight, flat and comfortable, making it a suitable option for clients looking for a delicate method and a natural result.

WHAT IS MICRO BONDESG?

Micro BondesG is natural hair designed for the microring extension method. The strands are attached without glue or high temperatures, using small rings secured to the natural hair. This allows precise placement of individual strands.

WHAT IS MICRO WEFTG?

Micro WeftG is natural hair on a sewn weft, designed for extensions and thickening. The weft can be adjusted to the client’s needs and the chosen application technique, helping to create additional length and volume.

WHAT IS SECRET PONY?

Secret Pony is a raw ponytail made from natural hair in NN+ quality. It is not factory-prepared for one specific extension method, allowing professional stylists to prepare the hair according to the chosen application technique and the client’s individual needs.

WHAT ARE TOPPERG AND FRINGEG?

TopperG and FringeG are natural hair systems designed to add hair or volume without traditional full-head extensions.

TopperG is designed to add volume to the top of the head and visually cover thinning areas. FringeG is a natural clip-in fringe that allows you to change your hairstyle without cutting your own hair.

ARE HAIR EXTENSIONS SUITABLE FOR FINE HAIR?

Yes, but choosing the correct method, amount and weight is particularly important. Fine natural hair should not be overloaded, so the extension method and quantity of hair should always be selected according to the condition and density of the client’s own hair.

DO HAIR EXTENSIONS DAMAGE NATURAL HAIR?

Properly selected and professionally applied hair extensions should not damage natural hair. The correct method, appropriate weight, professional application, regular maintenance and proper home care are essential.

Damage is more likely when extensions are applied incorrectly, are too heavy for the natural hair or are removed improperly.

HOW OFTEN DO HAIR EXTENSIONS NEED TO BE MOVED UP?

The frequency depends on the extension method, the growth rate of your natural hair and the way the extensions are maintained. A maintenance appointment is usually required once the attachment points have moved noticeably away from the scalp as the natural hair grows.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Natural hair extensions require regular and gentle care because they are not nourished by the scalp in the same way as your own growing hair.

Keep the hair moisturised, brush it carefully from the ends upwards and avoid pulling on the attachment points. Before going to bed, make sure the hair is dry and gently brushed, then secure it in a loose plait or low ponytail to reduce tangling.

CAN I SLEEP WITH WET HAIR EXTENSIONS?

We do not recommend sleeping with wet hair extensions. Wet hair is more prone to friction, tangling and damage. Always dry your hair thoroughly before going to bed and secure it loosely to reduce tangling during sleep.

CAN I USE STRAIGHTENERS, CURLING TONGS AND A HAIRDRYER?

Yes. Natural hair extensions can be styled with heat, but heat protection should be used and excessively high temperatures should be avoided. Too much heat can dry out the hair and shorten its lifespan.

Do not apply hot styling tools directly to tapes, keratin bonds, rings, clips or other attachment points.

CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS BE CURLED AND STYLED?

Yes. Natural hair extensions can be curled, straightened and styled similarly to your own hair. Use heat protection, gentle styling techniques and suitable hair care products. Regular moisturising after styling helps maintain softness, shine and good condition.

WHY DO HAIR EXTENSIONS REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE?

Hair extensions are no longer nourished through the hair follicle, so they require additional moisture and gentle treatment. Without proper care, they may become dry, tangled or lose their shine more quickly.

Regular care helps maintain softness, smoothness, a natural appearance and a longer lifespan.

DO GRZECHHAIR HAIR EXTENSIONS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?

The NN+ range is covered by a 3-month guarantee, subject to the conditions applicable to the selected product. Regeneration after 3 months allows the guarantee to be extended for a further 3 months.

The Event range is not covered by a guarantee.

DO I LOSE THE GUARANTEE IF I COLOUR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes. Colouring, bleaching, toning or other chemical treatments may invalidate the guarantee. Natural hair extensions can be coloured, but any chemical treatment is carried out at the customer’s or stylist’s own risk.

The safest option is to select a colour as close as possible to the desired final shade when purchasing the hair.

WHAT CAN INVALIDATE THE GUARANTEE?

The guarantee may be invalidated by improper care, chemical treatments such as colouring, toning or bleaching, or damage resulting from incorrect application, removal or use contrary to the recommendations.

For the NN+ range, regeneration after 3 months is required if you want to extend the guarantee for a further 3 months.

WHEN SHOULD NN+ HAIR BE SENT FOR REGENERATION?

NN+ hair should be sent for regeneration after 3 months of use if you want to extend the guarantee by a further 3 months.

IS HAIR REGENERATION MANDATORY?

No. You can continue using the hair without regeneration. However, for NN+ hair, regeneration after 3 months is required if you want to extend the guarantee for a further 3 months.

The treatment can also help improve the condition of the hair, reduce dryness and tangling and extend its useful life.

HOW LONG CAN NN+ NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

With proper use, regular care and regeneration, hair from the NN+ range can last for up to approximately 1.5 years. The actual lifespan depends on how often the hair is worn, cared for and styled.

CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS BE WASHED WITH NORMAL SHAMPOO?

Use a gentle shampoo, preferably one suitable for hair extensions or dry hair requiring moisture. Strong cleansing products may dry out the hair.

During washing, avoid rubbing or pulling the hair and attachment points. Wash gently, following the direction of the hair.

HOW SHOULD I BRUSH HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Brush hair extensions gently, starting at the ends and gradually working upwards. A brush designed for extensions is recommended to avoid pulling on tapes, keratin bonds, rings or clips.

Regular brushing in the morning, evening and before washing helps reduce tangling.

CAN I DRY HAIR EXTENSIONS WITH A HAIRDRYER?

Yes. A medium or cooler temperature is recommended. Before drying, gently remove excess water with a towel without rubbing or pulling the hair.

Avoid directing very hot air directly onto tapes, keratin bonds or other attachment points.

CAN I USE HAIR OILS ON EXTENSIONS?

Yes, but oils should be used carefully. Apply a small amount mainly to the lengths and ends of the hair.

Do not apply oil directly to tapes, keratin bonds, rings or clips because it may weaken the attachment.

CAN I USE A HAIR MASK OR CONDITIONER ON EXTENSIONS?

Yes. Natural hair extensions benefit from regular moisturising with a conditioner or hair mask. Apply products primarily to the lengths and ends, avoiding tapes, keratin bonds, rings, clips and other attachment points.

CAN I WEAR HAIR EXTENSIONS IN A SWIMMING POOL OR THE SEA?

We do not recommend frequently soaking hair extensions in chlorinated or salt water because it can dry out the hair, weaken its condition and increase tangling.

Particular care should be taken with blonde hair, as chlorinated water may affect its colour and shade. After contact with pool or sea water, gently wash, condition and thoroughly dry the hair as soon as possible.

CAN I WEAR HAIR EXTENSIONS IN A PONYTAIL OR PLAIT?

Yes. Hair extensions can be styled into a ponytail, plait or other hairstyles, but avoid pulling the attachment points too tightly.

For sleeping, a loose plait or low ponytail is recommended to reduce friction and tangling.

CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE WORN EVERY DAY?

Yes, provided that the method has been correctly selected for your natural hair and the application has been performed properly.

With everyday wear, regular care, gentle brushing, proper maintenance and avoiding sleeping with wet hair are particularly important.

CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS BE COLOURED?

Yes. Natural hair extensions can be coloured, toned or darkened, but all chemical treatments are carried out at the customer’s or stylist’s own risk.

Colouring, toning or bleaching can affect the structure, condition and shade of the hair and may invalidate the guarantee.

CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS BE LIGHTENED?

We do not recommend lightening hair extensions. Bleaching is a strong chemical treatment that can weaken the structure of the hair, cause dryness and reduce its lifespan.

Any lightening is carried out at the customer’s or stylist’s own risk and may invalidate the guarantee.

CAN I GET HELP CHOOSING A COLOUR BEFORE PURCHASING?

Yes. We can help you choose the most suitable shade before ordering. Send us a photo of your hair taken in natural daylight, without filters or artificial lighting.

The extension colour should usually be matched primarily to the ends of your natural hair, as this is where the extensions will blend after application. If you need help, contact GrzechHair.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NN+ AND EVENT RANGES?

The NN+ range is GrzechHair’s main high-quality natural hair line, designed for longer-term use. It is covered by a 3-month guarantee, which can be extended for a further 3 months following the required regeneration.

Hair from the Event range is natural hair without a guarantee, intended for customers looking for a more affordable option or hair for occasional use.

HOW IS SLAVIC HAIR DIFFERENT FROM OTHER NATURAL HAIR?

Slavic hair is valued for its delicate structure, natural softness and lightness. It is cut from a single donor and is undyed, making it a particularly natural option for clients looking for high-quality hair with its original structure preserved.

CAN I APPLY HAIR EXTENSIONS MYSELF?

Some types of extensions, such as Clip In SkinG, can be applied and removed by yourself.

For permanent methods such as Tape On Duo, Bio TapeG, Mini BondesG, Micro BondesG and Micro WeftG, we recommend professional application. Correct installation is important for comfort, durability and the safety of your natural hair.

HOW DO I REMOVE HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT DAMAGING MY NATURAL HAIR?

Permanent hair extensions are best removed by a professional stylist using suitable products and tools.

For Tape On tapes and keratin bonds, a professional remover can be used, such as Beauties by G Hair Extensions Remover 100 ml.

Do not pull out tapes, keratin bonds, rings or other attachments by force, as this may damage your natural hair.

WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE NEEDED FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS?

The accessories required depend on the extension method. Keratin methods may require bonding tools, keratin, separators and nippers. Tape methods may require replacement tapes, adhesive strips and remover. Stylists may also need brushes, combs and other professional tools.

DO I NEED NEW TAPES OR ADHESIVE STRIPS WHEN REAPPLYING TAPE ON HAIR?

Yes. When Tape On hair is reapplied, new tapes or adhesive strips are normally required. The old adhesive should be removed, the attachment surface thoroughly cleaned and the hair properly prepared before reapplication.
