We only sell natural hair. Depending on the origin and type of processing, they differ from one another. To learn more about all the types of hair we offer, check out HAIR TYPES.

Virgin hair, meaning hair that hasn't undergone any chemical processes, is available in two versions.

Our Polish Slavic hair in its uncolored version typically comes in a medium blonde shade, but it can also be found in a natural color palette ranging from blonde to black. The imported NN uncolored hair is available only in very dark brown.

The color of the hair in a photo may differ from the actual color, depending on your monitor settings. Unfortunately, this is an issue no one can fully overcome.

The best option is to send us a sample of your own hair, as this makes color matching easy and accurate.

You can also send us a photo of your hair in natural daylight. While this is not as reliable as a hair sample, in most cases, we can match the hair based on the photo.

Volume Enhancement – Sometimes, a small amount of hair that matches the length of your own is enough, depending on the effect you're aiming for.

Length Extension – To achieve a natural effect, the amount of hair extensions should be similar to the thickness of your own ponytail. Hold your own hair in one hand and the extensions in the other—if the amount is similar, the result will look natural.

Any additional amount will create more volume. On average, for 50 cm length extensions, around 100 grams of hair is needed. The longer the hair, the higher the weight required, and the shorter the hair, the lower the weight needed.

It only depends on proper care. If you take good care of your hair, the lifespan of Slavic hair can be around 3 years, and NN + hair around 1.5 years. To learn more, check out our guide: HAIR CARE.

You can also take advantage of our HAIR REGENERATION service. Initially, it's necessary to maintain the warranty, but over time, you can use it to keep your hair in excellent condition.

Why do I need to send the hair for regeneration to maintain the warranty?

You need to send the hair to us for regeneration within 100 days from the date of purchase to keep the warranty valid. This gives us the opportunity to nourish and deeply moisturize the hair, as well as refresh the hair bonds in the correct way. We will then return the hair to you smelling fresh, moisturized, and ready to wear. Incorrectly handling the hair yourself, improper care, or a lack of care can make the hair stiff and rough, and it may start to tangle and mat. When we perform these treatments ourselves, we know they are done correctly, ensuring the warranty remains valid for the period specified on the warranty card.
