It varies depending on its origin and the type of processing it has undergone. To find out exactly what types of hair we offer, see HAIR TYPES.
"},{"tab_title":"DO YOU HAVE VIRGIN HAIR?","tab_content":"We offer virgin hair – that is, hair that has not undergone any chemical processes – in two varieties. Our Polish Slavic hair, in its undyed form, is mostly medium blonde in colour, but it can also be found in a natural colour palette ranging from blonde to black. Imported undyed NN hair is available only in very dark brown.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW DO I CHOOSE THE COLOUR OF MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"The hair colour in the photo may differ from the actual colour, depending on your monitor settings. Unfortunately, there’s no way round this.
The best option is to send us a sample of your own hair; then, selecting the right colour is no problem.
You can also send us a photo of your own hair in daylight; whilst this isn’t as reliable as a hair sample, in most cases we select the hair based on this.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW MUCH HAIR SHOULD I BUY?","tab_content":"Thickening – sometimes a small amount of hair of the same length as your own is enough, depending on the effect you want to achieve.
Extensions – to achieve a natural look, the amount of hair being attached should be similar to that of your ponytail. Hold your own hair in one hand and the extension hair in the other; if the amounts are similar, the result will look natural.
Any amount beyond that will create a voluminous effect. On average, for a length of 50 cm, you’ll need around 100 grams of hair. The longer the hair you choose, the higher the weight needs to be; the shorter it is, the lower the weight.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW LONG CAN I WEAR THE HAIR?","tab_content":"A great deal depends on proper care. If you look after your hair properly, Slavic hair can last for around 3 years, whilst NN hair can last for around 1.5 years. To find out more, check out our guide: HAIR CARE.
You can also make use of our HAIR REGENERATION service. Initially, this is essential to maintain the warranty, but over time you can use it to keep your hair in excellent condition.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS REGENERATION?","tab_content":"Why do I need to send my hair back for regeneration to maintain the warranty?
You must send your hair back to us for regeneration within 100 days of the purchase date to maintain the warranty. This gives us the opportunity to nourish and deeply moisturise the hair, as well as to refresh the bonds correctly. We then return it to you fragrant, moisturised and ready to wear. Incorrect processing of the hair yourself, improper care or a lack thereof can cause the hair not only to become stiff and coarse, but it may also start to tangle and mat. If we carry out these treatments ourselves, we know we’ll do it correctly and the guarantee can remain valid for the period stated on the guarantee card.
"},{"tab_title":"DO YOU ONLY SELL ONLINE?","tab_content":"We have three high-street shops in Gdynia, Gdańsk and Warsaw. For more information, see the CONTACT tab.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW DO THE DIFFERENT HAIR EXTENSION METHODS DIFFER?","tab_content":"Hair extension methods differ in terms of how they’re attached, comfort and intended use. Tape On Duo and Bio TapeG use tapes, Mini BondesG is a keratin-based method, Micro BondesG uses micro-rings, and Clip In SkinG can be fitted and removed by the client themselves. The best choice depends on the condition of your natural hair, the desired result, and whether the extensions are to be worn daily or occasionally.
"},{"tab_title":"WHICH HAIR EXTENSION METHOD SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO START WITH?","tab_content":"To start with, it’s worth choosing a method suited to the condition of your own hair, the desired result and your lifestyle. If you want to wear the hair every day, Tape On Duo, Bio TapeG or Mini BondesG could be good choices. If you’re looking for a quick result without permanent attachment, Clip In SkinG hair is a good option, as you can put it in and take it out yourself.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS TAPE ON DUO HAIR?","tab_content":"Tape On Duo is natural hair attached to tapes, designed for hair extensions and thickening using the ‘sandwich’ method. This method involves joining two tapes with natural hair in between, resulting in a flat, comfortable and barely visible attachment. Tape On Duo is a good solution for those who want a natural look and comfort when wearing the hair extensions every day.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS MINI BONDESG HAIR?","tab_content":"Mini BondesG is natural hair designed for keratin extensions. The strands are finished with small keratin bonds, which are attached to the natural hair using a bonding gun. Mini BondesG allows for precise placement of the strands and works well for classic hair extensions and thickening.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS CLIP IN SKING HAIR?","tab_content":"Clip In SkinG is high-quality natural hair on clips that you can put in and take out yourself. Thanks to their careful craftsmanship and durable construction, they are comfortable to wear and can last a long time with proper care. Clip In SkinG is a great option for those who want to quickly extend or thicken their hair without a permanent attachment — for everyday wear, nights out, photo shoots, special occasions, and whenever you want to quickly change your hairstyle without visiting a stylist.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS BIO TAPEG?","tab_content":"Bio TapeG is high-quality natural hair on a thin tape, designed for hair extensions and thickening. The attachment is lightweight, flat and comfortable, making it a good choice for those looking for a gentle method and a natural look. With proper care, Bio TapeG can retain its beautiful appearance and last for a long time.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS MICRO BONDESG HAIR?","tab_content":"Micro BondesG is natural hair designed for extension using the microring method. The strands are attached without the use of high temperatures or glue, using small rings clamped onto the natural hair. Micro BondesG is the solution for those looking for a mechanical attachment method and the ability to position the strands precisely.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS MICRO WEFTG HAIR?","tab_content":"Micro WeftG is natural hair on a sewn-in tape, designed for hair extensions and thickening. This method allows you to achieve the effect of greater volume and length, and the tape can be tailored to the client’s needs and the method of application. Micro WeftG is a good solution for those looking for a natural look and a comfortable way to wear hair extensions.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT IS SECRET PONY?","tab_content":"Secret Pony is a raw ponytail made from NN+ quality natural hair, not factory-prepared for any specific extension method. This means that the stylist can prepare the hair themselves for the chosen application method, tailoring it to the client’s needs and the desired result. Secret Pony is a solution for professionals who want greater freedom when working with high-quality natural hair.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT ARE TOPPERG AND FRINGEG?","tab_content":"TopperG and FringeG are natural hair-thickening systems that do not involve traditional full-head hair extensions. TopperG helps to thicken the hair on the top of the head and visually fill in thinning areas, whilst FringeG is a natural fringe that allows you to quickly change the look of your hairstyle without permanently cutting your own hair. These are convenient solutions for people who want to improve the volume or appearance of their hairstyle in a specific area.
"},{"tab_title":"ARE HAIR EXTENSIONS SUITABLE FOR THIN HAIR?","tab_content":"Yes, hair extensions can be suitable for fine hair, but it is very important to choose the right method, quantity and weight. As fine hair should not be weighed down excessively, it is best to tailor the solution to the condition of your natural hair. If in doubt, it is worth seeking advice before purchasing to ensure a natural look and comfort.
"},{"tab_title":"DO HAIR EXTENSIONS DAMAGE NATURAL HAIR?","tab_content":"Properly selected and professionally fitted hair extensions should not damage your natural hair. The key factors are choosing the right method, the correct number of strands, regular touch-ups or rejuvenation, and proper aftercare at home. Damage most often occurs when the hair extensions are fitted incorrectly, are too heavy for your natural hair, or are removed incorrectly.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW OFTEN DO HAIR EXTENSIONS NEED TO BE RETOUCHED?","tab_content":"The frequency of touch-ups for hair extensions depends on the method chosen, the rate of natural hair growth and how you look after them. Usually, a check-up and a touch-up are needed when the bonds start to slip down as your natural hair grows out. Regular touch-ups help maintain the aesthetic appearance of your hairstyle, ensure comfort whilst wearing the extensions, and protect your natural hair.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW TO LOOK AFTER NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"Natural hair extensions should be cared for gently and regularly, as they are not nourished by the hair follicle in the same way as your own hair. It is important to moisturise them, comb them carefully from the ends upwards, and avoid pulling too hard on the bonds. Before going to bed, it is a good idea to dry your hair thoroughly, comb it through and tie it into a loose plait or a low ponytail to minimise tangling.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN YOU SLEEP WITH WET HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"We do not recommend sleeping with wet hair extensions. Wet hair is more prone to tangling, friction and damage, so it should be thoroughly dried before going to bed. It is best to gently comb it through and tie it into a loose plait or a low ponytail to minimise tangling whilst you sleep.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN I USE HAIR STRAIGHTENERS AND CURLERS ON HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"Yes, you can use straighteners, curling tongs and hairdryers on natural hair extensions, but you should do so with care. We recommend using heat protection and avoiding excessively high temperatures, as excessive heat can dry out the hair and shorten its lifespan. Do not apply hot styling tools directly to the bonds, tapes, keratin or fastenings.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE CURLED AND STYLED?","tab_content":"Yes, natural hair extensions can be curled, straightened and styled just like your own hair. However, it is important to use gentle styling methods, heat protection and products suitable for natural hair. After styling, it is worth ensuring the hair is moisturised so that it retains its softness, shine and good condition for a long time.
"},{"tab_title":"WHY DO HAIR EXTENSIONS REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE?","tab_content":"Hair extensions are not nourished by the hair root, so they require regular moisturising and gentle care. Without the right products and proper care, it can become dry, tangled or lose its shine more quickly. Regular care helps to maintain its softness, smoothness, natural appearance and longevity.
"},{"tab_title":"DO GRZECHHAIR EXTENSIONS COME WITH A WARRANTY?","tab_content":"The NN+ hair range is covered by a guarantee, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the specific product. To maintain the guarantee, the hair must be cared for correctly, used in accordance with the instructions, and undergo the required regeneration within the specified timeframe. The Event range does not come with a guarantee, so it is worth checking which range the selected product belongs to before purchasing.
"},{"tab_title":"DO I LOSE MY WARRANTY IF I DYE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"Yes, colouring, bleaching, toning or other chemical treatments carried out on hair extensions may invalidate the guarantee. Natural hair can be coloured, but this is done at the customer’s or stylist’s own risk. The safest option is to choose a colour as close as possible to the desired shade at the time of purchase.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT CAN CAUSE THE WARRANTY ON THE HAIR TO BE VOIDED?","tab_content":"The warranty may be voided due to improper care, failure to carry out the required regeneration within the specified time, dyeing, bleaching, toning or other chemical treatments. The guarantee may also be affected by damage resulting from incorrect fitting, removal or use of the hair extensions contrary to the instructions. The guarantee applies to the NN+ range; the Event range is not covered by it.
"},{"tab_title":"WHEN SHOULD HAIR REGENERATION BE CARRIED OUT?","tab_content":"For hair from the NN+ range, regeneration should be carried out after 3 months of use. Carrying out regeneration at this time extends the warranty by a further 3 months. Hair regeneration helps keep your hair in good condition, reduces dryness and tangling, and extends its lifespan.
"},{"tab_title":"IS HAIR REGENERATION MANDATORY?","tab_content":"Hair regeneration is not compulsory, but for the NN+ range it is required if you wish to extend the warranty by a further 3 months. Regeneration should be carried out after 3 months of using the hair. The treatment helps to improve the condition of the hair, reduce dryness and tangling, and extend its lifespan.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW LONG CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?","tab_content":"The lifespan of natural hair extensions depends on the product range, how well they’re looked after, how often they’re worn and how they’re styled. Hair from the NN+ range, when used correctly and with regular care and regeneration, can last for up to around 1.5 years. To keep it in good condition for as long as possible, you should avoid over-drying, pulling on it too hard, sleeping with wet hair and using high heat too frequently.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS BE WASHED WITH NORMAL SHAMPOO?","tab_content":"Natural hair extensions should be washed with a gentle shampoo, preferably one designed for hair extensions or for dry, moisture-deficient hair. We do not recommend using harsh cleansing products, as these can dry out the hair and weaken its condition. When washing, do not rub the hair vigorously or tug at the attachment points — it is best to wash it gently, following the direction of hair growth.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW TO BRUSH HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"Hair extensions should be combed gently, starting from the ends and gradually working your way up. It is best to use a brush designed for hair extensions to avoid tugging at the attachment points, tapes, keratin bonds or clips. It’s a good idea to brush your hair regularly, especially in the morning, in the evening and before washing, to minimise tangles and keep it smooth.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE DRIED WITH A HAIRDRYER?","tab_content":"Yes, natural hair extensions can be dried with a hairdryer, but it is best to use a medium or cooler heat setting. Before drying, gently blot the hair with a towel, without rubbing or tugging. Do not direct hot air directly onto the bonds, tapes, keratin or fixings, as this may weaken their durability.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE OILED?","tab_content":"Natural hair extensions can be cared for using moisturising and smoothing products, but applying oil should be done with care. Oils should not be applied directly to the attachment points, tapes, keratin, rings or clips, as this may weaken the hold. It is safest to apply a small amount of the product to the lengths and ends of the hair to prevent dryness and maintain its softness and shine.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE MOISTURISED WITH A HAIR MASK OR CONDITIONER?","tab_content":"Yes, natural hair extensions should be regularly moisturised with a hair mask or conditioner, as they are not nourished by the hair follicle in the same way as your own hair. It is best to apply hair care products to the lengths and ends, avoiding the attachment points, tapes, keratin, rings or clips. Regular moisturising helps keep the hair soft, smooth, shiny and less prone to tangling.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE WORN IN A SWIMMING POOL OR THE SEA?","tab_content":"We do not recommend frequently soaking hair extensions in chlorinated or salt water, as this can dry out the hair, weaken its condition and cause tangling. Particular care should be taken with blonde hair — contact with chlorinated water can negatively affect its colour, condition and shade. If the hair has come into contact with swimming pool or sea water, it should be gently washed as soon as possible, moisturised with conditioner or a hair mask, and thoroughly dried.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE TIED INTO A PONYTAIL OR BRAID?","tab_content":"Yes, hair extensions can be tied into a ponytail, a plait or other updos, but this should be done gently. The hairstyle should not pull too tightly on the attachment points, tapes, keratin bonds, rings or clips, as this can put strain on your natural hair. At night, it is best to tie your hair into a loose plait or a low ponytail to minimise tangling and friction whilst you sleep.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE WORN EVERY DAY?","tab_content":"Yes, hair extensions can be worn every day, provided the method has been carefully selected to suit your natural hair and the application has been carried out correctly. When worn daily, it is very important to carry out regular care, gently comb the hair, avoid sleeping with wet hair and check the attachment points. This ensures that the hair retains its attractive appearance, remains comfortable to wear and stays in better condition for longer.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE DYED?","tab_content":"Natural hair extensions can be dyed, toned or darkened, but any chemical treatment is carried out at the client’s or stylist’s own risk. Dyeing, lightening or toning may affect the structure, condition and colour of the hair and may invalidate the warranty. The safest option is to choose a shade as close as possible to the desired result at the time of purchase.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE LIGHTENED?","tab_content":"We do not recommend lightening hair extensions, as this is a very harsh chemical treatment which can weaken the hair’s structure, dry it out and damage its condition. Lightening is carried out at the customer’s or stylist’s own risk and may void the warranty. The safest option is to choose a colour as close as possible to your desired shade when purchasing the hair.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN I CHOOSE THE HAIR COLOUR BEFORE PURCHASING?","tab_content":"Yes, you can consult us about choosing a hair colour before making a purchase. It’s best to send a photo of your own hair taken in daylight, without filters or artificial lighting. It’s best to match the colour to the ends of your hair, as this is where the extensions will be most visible once applied. If in doubt, you can contact GrzechHair for help with choosing the right colour.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW DOES THE NN+ RANGE DIFFER FROM THE EVENT RANGE?","tab_content":"The NN+ range is GrzechHair’s premium line of natural hair, covered by a guarantee and designed for longer-term use with proper care and regeneration. NN+ hair can last for up to around 1.5 years, and a regeneration treatment carried out after 3 months extends the guarantee by a further 3 months. The Event range consists of natural hair without a guarantee, intended for those looking for a more affordable option or hair for a specific occasion.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW DOES SLAVIC HAIR DIFFER FROM OTHER TYPES OF NATURAL HAIR?","tab_content":"Slavic hair is prized for its delicate structure, natural softness and lightness. It usually blends well with the hair of clients of European appearance, which is why it can look very natural when worn. Slavic hair is a good choice if you’re looking for an exceptionally natural look, a delicate texture and high-quality hair.
"},{"tab_title":"CAN HAIR EXTENSIONS BE APPLIED BY YOURSELF?","tab_content":"Some hair extensions, such as Clip In SkinG, can be applied and removed by yourself. For permanent methods, such as Tape On Duo, Bio TapeG, Mini BondesG, Micro BondesG or Micro WeftG, we recommend having them applied by a professional stylist. Correct application is crucial for comfort, the longevity of the result and the safety of your natural hair.
"},{"tab_title":"HOW TO REMOVE HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT DAMAGING YOUR NATURAL HAIR?","tab_content":"Hair extensions applied using permanent methods are best removed by a professional stylist, using the appropriate products and tools. To remove Tape-On strips and keratin bonds, you can use a professional remover, such as Beauties by G Hair Extensions Remover 100 ml, which is designed for removing Tape-In strips and keratin bonds. The product works quickly and effectively, dissolves hard Italian keratin and is recommended for professional use. You should not pull out tapes, bonds, rings or other fixings yourself, as this may damage your natural hair.
"},{"tab_title":"WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE NEEDED FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"The choice of accessories depends on the hair extension method selected. For keratin methods, you may need bonding irons, keratin, separators and scissors; for tape methods, tapes, strips or remover; and for the stylist’s work, brushes, combs and auxiliary tools. In the hair extension accessories category, you’ll find the products needed for applying, removing, refreshing and caring for hair extensions.
"},{"tab_title":"DO YOU NEED NEW TAPE OR STRIPS FOR TAPE-ON EXTENSIONS?","tab_content":"Yes, when reapplying Tape On hair extensions, you usually need new tapes or adhesive strips. The old attachment must be removed, the bonding area cleaned, and the hair prepared for reapplication. In the ‘Adhesives and Tapes for Hair Extensions’ category, you’ll find tapes, adhesive strips and auxiliary products designed for the Tape On / Tape In methods.
