What type of hair is it?
NN+ ponytails are a high quality product - our bestseller. The hair is natural, imported, with the full hair cuticle retained. They are slightly thicker in texture than Polish hair, so that after washing they gain natural volume and do not tangle. NN+ hair is straight, manageable and ready to use in ponytail form with clips and elastic for easy thickening and extensions.
How long can NN+ hair be worn?
The wearing time of NN+ hair is approximately 1.5 years. Their longevity depends on proper care. Every 3 months or so, the hair must be removed and regenerated before it can be used again. We perform the regeneration service for a fee - hair can be sent back to us or brought in person.
The hair is covered by a guarantee of 3 months. After regeneration, it is possible to extend the guarantee for another 3 months with proper care.

How to attach the ponytails?
The ponytails are fitted using two clips and a removable elastic. Place the ponytail at the base of the hair, fasten the clips and adjust the elastic to the width of the head. The system is fast, convenient and allows for easy hair thickening and extensions.
How should I care for my ponytails?
The care of NN+ ponytails is simple. The most important things are intensive moisturising, gentle brushing and the use of protective cosmetics when styling with thermal appliances. Detailed care instructions can be found on the packaging. Proper care increases the lifespan of the hair.
