Competition rules

Terms and conditions of the "Guess how many pictures are hidden?" competition.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1) The organiser of the "Guess how many photos are hidden?" competition is Grzegorz Grzech GrzechHair with the registered office in Gdynia, ul. Przebendowskich 49a, postal code 81-526, NIP: 5882354581, hereinafter referred to as the "organiser". 2) The organiser's task is to ensure that the "Guess how many photos are hidden?" competition is run correctly and in accordance with the Regulations.
(2) The organiser's task is to ensure that the "Guess how many photos are hidden?" competition runs correctly and in accordance with the Regulations.
(3) The Organiser is the administrator of the Participants' personal data.
(4) Participants have the right to inspect, change and delete their personal data held by the Organiser.

PRIZES AND VOTING
(1) Entries can be submitted throughout the duration of the competition, i.e. from the time of the competition post, until 21.09.2023r. until 23:59.
2. published comments will be subject to the evaluation of the SinHair shop jury.
3. the author of the work, which will be selected, will receive a discount of 25% for purchases up to 2000 PLN and a brush GrzechHair. Purchases can be made at any GrzechHair stationary shop or by phone order.

COMPETITION RULES
1.Entries for the competition can be submitted from 19.09.2023 from the time of the competition post, until 21.09.2023 at 23:59.
2) The competition task is to correctly predict the number of photos used for the competition animation, found on SinHair's instagram profile.
3) The person who first indicates the correct number of photos or is closest to the correct value wins.
4. edited answers do not take part in the competition.
5. each person can only give 1 answer.
6. the competition is open to all persons of legal age.
7. the results of the competition will be published on 22.09.2023 until 12.00 on the instagram profile SinHair.
(8) A jury appointed by the organiser will choose the entry whose author has fulfilled all the conditions listed in point 3 of the rules.
(9) The organiser has the right to select more than 1 entry.
10. in the event of a suspected breach of the regulations, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the work. The decision of the Organiser in this case is not subject to appeal.
(11) By submitting an entry, the Entrant certifies that he/she is the author of the entry and declares that he/she holds the personal copyright and property rights to the entry. The Organiser reserves the right to reject the work in case of doubts concerning copyright. 12.
(12) The organiser has the right to reject entries that are contrary to good morals and applicable law, or that depict brands competing with SinHair.
13. at the same time, the submission of the competition entries means that they will not threaten or infringe on the rights of third parties, in particular they will not infringe on their property and personal copyrights.

FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) The competition is not open to employees of GrzechHair or their families or persons related to them in a direct or collateral line to the 2nd degree.
(2) In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
(3) The Instagram service is not the organiser of the competition, nor does it in any way sponsor this competition.
