Procedure for placing and completion orders

The order can be placed using the function of adding a product to the basket and then using the button "I confirm the order with the obligation to pay".

The condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct completion of contact details along with the correct, e-mail address and telephone number under which he will confirm the order.

The order can be placed 24 hours a day all year round. Orders placed on working days after 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - they will be implemented on the next business day. The maximum shipping time is 3 business days.

In the case of circumstances preventing the full or temporary implementation of the order, GrzechHair reserves the right to suspend the implementation of the order - it undertakes to immediately notify the Ordering Party about the situation.

Orders with incorrectly filled contact details (non-existent e-mail or no telephone) will be not considered.

The GrzechHair company reserves the right to suspend orders that raise doubts.

The GrzechHair company issue a receipt or invoice for each sale.

The company sells by shipping order, but it is possible to collect the order individually in GrzechHair stationary shops.

II Complaints / Returns

Complaints:

-damaged shipment / incomplete shipment

The contents of the shipment should be checked at the courier.

-complaint of goods

If the goods does meet your expectations, complete the complaint form and attach it to the package together with the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), guarantee card (if issued) and the advertised product.

Complaints delivered without the above-mentioned documents will not be considered and will automatically obtain the status of "UNFAIRED".

The complaint is considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete package (with all documents).

A response to the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the form or by phone.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the ordered goods within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, according to the general rules resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts.

If the goods do not meet your expectations, complete the return form and attach it to the package together with the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), guarantee card (if issued) and the advertised product.

Return without the above-mentioned documents will not be considered and will automatically obtain the status of "NOT REASONABLE".

The return is processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete package (with all documents).

The amount to be reimbursed is only the value of the returned goods. The shipping costs are not refundable.

If the goods have not been delivered within 14 days from the date of placing the order or receiving information about the shipment, the customer is obliged to report this fact in order to clarify the matter within a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of placing the order. After this date, the goods are considered delivered.

In the case of loss of the parcel caused by the fault of third parties, the GrzechHair company reserves 60 working days to respond to the situation (filing a complaint, reply to the complaint, etc.).

A reply regarding the return will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the form or by phone.

As it is a personal product, returns of used or damaged goods as a result of improper use are not included. Returns of hair after the security features have been removed, which for our clients are a guarantee that the purchased goods are new, will also not be accepted.
